Help! "无法播放声音：没有任何音频硬件，or 硬件没有响应“ with PWin98.

Happy Chinese New Year!

I installed Pwin98, everything seems OK except the sound card, No Sound!!
my sound card works with Win98 and Win2K,
I installed the same driver which I used for Win98, it should be no problem, I check the driver with the "Device managert", it says OK, no conflict.

But when I tried to play any *.wav" or any other sound files, it poped up error" 无法播放声音：没有任何音频硬件， OR 硬件没有响应“, it looks like the driver did not install properly, but the driver works for Win98! I installed the drivers several times, but can't make it yet!
I also downloaded the driver for Win98, but the same.

BTW, everytime when I shut down my computer with PWin98, I did hear a small beep from my speaker.

Any idea help me out will be appreciated a lot!!!

    • WIN98的P＆P不是总能工作得很好。先拔下声卡，运行98，看看是不是不出现声卡了，然后关机装上声卡，开机检测到后再装驱动，一般都可搞定了。 -m300(渔人); 2003-1-31 (#1013521@0)
