Shy..to take your comment.Actually I think there are many professional real estate sales here.I am just a small potato.

This kind of situation is not very common.But I also met this kind of selling way.I think you need visit this house first,I always show above 5 properties every time,so the clients can compare them well before
them make the decision,maybe you can let your agent make more
appionments,if you are interested in one of them,you can ask some info.--like the selling history in that street or that district, from your agent ,that will help you how to dress your first offer price.I t hink you should see that house first,maybe you will not like it at all,if you like it,let us discuss how you deal with this situation next step.

          • 有些TENANT对SHOW房不太合作,OFFER 时放个CONDITION说这个价是在假设对没看的部分满意,MORTGAGE+HOME INSPECTION,不然取消OFFER,3天内退DEPOSIT。
