Thanks for providing the tracking number. Again, I’m very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of shipments currently in our network, the local depot in Toronto has advised us that they were unable to sort through and send out all the shipments they received overnight. I have sent a complaint, under case # 37xxx, to the local management team and they will be reviewing the situation and what can be done to remediate the situation. We are working to have these delivered as soon as possible.
