About I-94 FORM --IMPORTANT--

A couple of days ago, I published an article to query how to deal with I-94 form which held in your hand without being surrendered to INS. A lot of friends say it doesn't matter. In fact, I send a formal letter to ask for USA Embassy,Canada, they give me a very positive answer that
WE HAVE TO MAIL I-94 AND OTHER SUPPORTING MATERIAL TO INS IN LONDON,KY USA OTHERWISE WE'LL BE RECORDERED IN NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM.
VERY IMPORTANT. theoretical, Forgeting to surrender I-94 is absolutely illegal. I'M NOT KIDDING

    • If you will travel back before the expiration date, you don't have to surrender it. My I94 has been with me for 2 years. -sq1(sq1); 2003-2-18 (#1047921@0)
