On our business update meeting, our boss told us now we do not have very convenient clean service and mom is not here like at home. We need take care of ourselves. We should protect and keep the office clean and nice. And each chair here is more than 2,000 $ which is flexible to make everyone comfortable. So please make sure you properly use it. Our cleaner will come every day but not to clean your personal stuff. So make sure yourself clean your table. We have a dishwasher and cups, dishes for our clients. Now the problem is when to load the dishwasher and when to unload it and who will do it. He said they are working on this and also will hire one part-time worker to do the load and unload work. We are so surprised since it is a very small thing and why to make it a big deal. One colleague just commented, give me 5 dollar every day and I will do it. No need hire other to spend more money. Yes. Sure. We all think it is not a big deal why not ask us to do it in turn. But our boss did not say any comments.

When I drove back home, I was thinking of tomorrow I may work at home. Then I seems understand my boss. Yes, the load and unload is a very small thing but it may be frustrate us since we all have some special case being unavailable to office. I think our boss do not want to make big trouble from little. In another thought my boss may think this is better to show us how he care and respect us. Since it is not our job.
