Yes, their customer service sucks.

I subscribed to their high-speed internet service since this January. In the installation kit they sent us, there was only one wall-mounted filter instead of the three desktop filters they promised.

So I called them and they sent me one desktop filter.

In the first month bill, we were charged $20 for the wall-mounted filter in the installation kit.

A lot of phone calls and emails to their customer service.

Since they found out that it would be more expensive for us to mail back that wall-mounted filter, they let us to keep us and sent us two desktop filters as the corrective action.

On this month's bill, we were charged $20 again, for these two desktop filters. #@%$#%%^&*%()#

          The Bell cut off competitor's line from time to time to make the cutstomer unbearable and hopefully, switch back to Bell.

                    • I agree, stick with a big company is a good choice. Here I am using Time Warner Cable. You can almost count on every word customer representative told you.
                      They will even pay you 20 bucks if the repair person does not show up at scheduled time.

                    • check the email I just received from Primus. Thank God that I asked. Otherwise, I have to pay for another month in full price.
                      Your next billing cycle is from April 7th to May 8th,2003. This would be your last month on the $24.95 promotion. You are required to give us 30 days notice (written or verbal) in advice.
