Take a look back in the Forums and Hot Deals to January, for the Dell deal on the Canon i850 printer.
Same basic scenario - a pricing error on the website.
Most (if not all) of those who ordered were met with major heartache from Dell.
Dell claims they reserve the right to 'substitute' similar products, and most people who ordered received a Canon i550 printer instead. Others received a 'we're sorry, this was an error' cancellation e-mail.
A few people claim to have actually received the i850, but only after a VERY long delay, and numerous calls to Dell.ca support and having to return the i550.
Dell's support is about the worst I have experienced - I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Any Dell call will take AT LEAST 20 minutes, and you will probably end up frustrated. Good luck trying to speak to someone who can actually answer your question(s), and has the authority to fix a problem.
So, good luck if you decide to try for this deal. If you do get lucky and get the Axim for the current web price, congratulations! You must have horseshoes up your a**, so go buy some 6/49 or Super-7 tickets.
If you don't really need the Axim, save yourself a lot of likely hassle and frustration and stay away from what look to be Dell super deals.
Remember - if it seems too good to be true, Dell will probably s**** you!更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
