100 times faster than 4G, 5G mobile network is coming to Ontario and Quebec!

A $400-million public-private partnership is bringing the technology to Ontario and Quebec. The network will allow speeds 100 times faster than the current 4G network.

Thanks to new cellular antenna technologies, 5G devices will have far better battery life than current 4G devices. They’ll also have lower latency, meaning the network is optimized to process a very high volume of data with minimal delay
