Should I ask my tenant to take SARS quarantine?

A girl in China contacts me by email. She would like to rent my home at homestay in this month. Considering SARS, I ask her to take at least 10-day SARS quanrantine in somewhere before she moves in my home.

She refused my suggestion. She told me that neither her province nor her has SARS and some department in China will check her before she depatures. She also told me that two of her friends came to Canada in May, which is the extreme period of SARS in China. And they did not take quanrantine.

Should I ask my tenant take SARS quarnantine? Thanks a lot

        I do not trust any Sars-free certification issued by Chinese hospials but issued by Canadian hospital.
        Since it is her first time to go abord, how can I ask a 19-year-old girl to go hospital first before she moves in my home?

        Do you understand my situation? I do not want my family and other tenant to take SARS risk. How can I do?:(((
