I happen to have two kids in neighbourhood, landed in Canada grade 4 and 7. I don't think it makes too much sense discussing about when is the best time having your child study here. why? because there are so many things about kids we don't really understand.

Parents are the best teachers around to kids, for example, how to learn a new language quickly, how to adjust culture shock in a new environment, how to enjoy life, develop popular personality. many many times, kids are our teachers too, we barely keep up with our children.

There are two suggestions: help kids making friends in school and neighbourhood, help kids develop a habit of reading books, not watching TV.
