Thanks for your prompt answer. I want to ask is it legally or technically wrong that I can not have more than one realtor? If I can't have more than one, how can I compare?
I understand that I need to compare realtors. That said I'd like to know the criteria I should use to compare them. I'd like to try experienced realtors but my friends tell me they are so busy these days that they don't treat you seriously. I want people to be patient with my needs. My concern with new realtors is that I heard they don't have many listings so they can't really show you much. That's why I thought I should have more than one realtors. One new and one experienced? I am not trying to take advantage of them but I do want the best house possible. And for your information I am thinking about buying a house that can be a potential rental property. Is it a good time to buy?
