Go. Setting-Control panel-System-Hardware-Device Manager. In the Device manage expanded tree you may see a yellow " ! " or a " ? " on the sound card device, The yellow sign indicates the hardware is found by the PC, but there is no driver is found. What you need to do is found the sound card hardware device manufacture's name, search the device driver form the internet, or try search it from the operating system.
