I'm so sorry you still can't see it. Unfortunetly, I already in US. From your screen, TP 11499 is not 118.7 or 119 TP at all. See the link, put your tp in their frequency and see if you have any level and quality

Another thing, DiSEqC should be on, if you don't have any switch, but that doesn't matter. I think still the position is not correct. There are several free channel. If you can't see any of them, definitely, you are not on 119.
I use to put TP in 12239 20Mhz for USA Network and watch the level and quality. This is the strongest signal I found. If at this TP, you don't have level and quality, you are off the point. Don't worry too much. It's a good system, just need patience.

I got one from extrmdeal. It's $7.99. I think it come US, but in fact, they are hongkong. The first time, I wait for more than one month and didn't get it. -yong(yang); 2008-6-22 {295} (#13721706@0)
However, after I complain, they sent another one, this time, within 10 or 14 days, I got it. Another problem, the software only support com1-4, but when you have usb, it skip these things, you get com5 or com6, everytime increase one when plug and unplug. Then, you need serial mapper software.
