a) by increasing the amount of each of the monthly instalments of te Mortgage Loan and interest set out in the Mortgage Loan Agreen ment by an amount (the Excess Payment) not in excess of XX% of the regular monthly instalments, the Excess Payment to be made in addition to and concurrently with each of the regular monthly instalments, commencing on any anniversary date (the Anniversary date), upon which all or any portion of the Mortgage Loan is advanced by the Mortgagee and the monthly thereafter until the maturity date. or
b) by paying on the Anniversary Date an additional amount of the Mortgage Loan not in excess of XX% of the Mortgage Loan. or
c) by matching a regular scheduled payment at any time during the current term on the payment due date. If the need arises, regular payments may be missed for every matched payment made. Should the Mortgagor have a payment frequency of weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly, a match payment must be made on a monthly equivalent basis. Match payments form part of the XX% maximum prepayment reffered to <b> and must not exceed XX% of the original Mortgage Loan.
