My house is going to close soon, there are some questions for your input:
1. What do I need to do before moving in? I was told by one of my friends that the pipelines need to be cleaned first, I never knew that before, so I though there must have something else.
2. Will gas,water,electricity be ready before I move in? It is so cold now, I can hardly think how it would be if there is no gas and electricity after moving in.
3. Which band of ventilator is better? I remembered there were some discussions about it before in this forum,but I could not find it.
4. I have upgraded the stove to use gas, but the vendor( the brick) does not help with the installation, Can I install it by myself or I need to get some help?
