1.purchase the brush set.(Dollar store). 2. follow the instruction, apply 3 times.3.done.4.you can test like this, pour some colored water to the tile,

you can see water can't penetrate into it, paper towel can wipe it clean.
Before you apply it, you can see water was absorbed into it.
