here is some suggestion:
first, I do not think you can get money from her because she does not want to pay her rental at all. so you have to get rid of her as soon as possible.
then, you can call 911, and do not say that you sublet room to her, otherwise the cops will stand on her side. you can say you knew her before, just gave her room temperaryly, but right now you do not want do that again, because you do not feel safety. you can say you lost something after her moving in. If the cops do not get rid of her, you say you will go to see his boss tomorrow.
make sure there is no contract between you and her.

    • Very funny, most of above just a group of 法盲, why not read the law by yourself instead of following those 想当然 comments. There is procedure here: WWW.ORHT.GOV.ON.CA very detail. Good luck!
      • Step1: Send Notice of Termination. You can get from ORHT court.
      • Step2: Apply for eviction.
      • Step3: Prepare for the court hearing and be present on hearing.
      • Step4: If you win, court will issue the Eviction order.

        Most of landlord don't like 租约, they thought that they can take advantage of that. But there is something call FACT which is more important. Usually the tenant get more chance to take advantage of "No租约".
