Your daughter is not a Natural Canadian, so she is not a Canadian. She can not be a Natural Canadian Resident, because there is no such thing.

Only Permenant Canadian Resident can apply for Canadian Citizenship.

So, she has to apply for Permenant Canadian Resident first.

2. Your daughter is not you dependent. It is unlikely that you can arranger her future. She is supposed to live with her guardian.

If your daughter's father is not a Canadian Resident, 这会影响移民问题的。
