It is half basement , One bedroom + One livingroom + One kitchen + One bathroom, Clean and bright , Face to south, all room have window above ground . All use by own not share. Nice Quite Area, Near Chinese Supermarket, Western Supermarket, TTC , library, Shopping centre. HWY, ESL, LINC School. In below picture we replace new fridge, bed.
