Aeroplan allows you up to six months from the transaction date to request retroactive credit for any transaction missing from your Aeroplan statement.

However, you should wait at least two months from the transaction date before you request missing credits.


For Future Shop purchases, return to the customer service desk at any Future Shop location with your original sales receipt and Aeroplan card within 30 days of your purchase and you'll be credited with any Aeroplan miles and Aeroplan Bonus Miles applicable on the date the purchase was made. It will take 6 to 8 weeks from the date of your claim for your miles to appear on your Aeroplan statement.

Note: In order to earn Aeroplan miles for on-line orders at www.FUTURESHOP.ca, you MUST enter your Aeroplan membership card number at the time of purchase.

Aeroplan makes every effort to ensure that your account is properly credited. However, you should retain the original boarding pass(es), as well as copies of all your tickets or electronic ticket receipts, and partner receipts until the miles you've earned have been credited to your account.


To receive retroactive credit for flights, send a legible copy of your ticket or your electronic ticket receipt AND the original boarding pass(es) to the Aeroplan Centre.


For hotel stays, car rentals and Park 'N Fly stays, send a copy of your invoice, contract or receipt to the Aeroplan Center.


For Air Canada Vacations packages, send a copy of your hotel, car or cruise voucher along with a copy of your ticket AND original boarding pass(es).


Please send all correspondence relating to credit inquiries to:

Please include your name, address, telephone number(s) and Aeroplan number.
