What is lemon law?
Lemon law protects consumers when consumers buy a defective product. The law itself is centered around the protection of consumers and making sure that consumers receive what they paid for. When a consumer has purchased a product, and the product does not perform as advertised, or does not perform at all, the lemon laws protect the interest of the consumer.

What should I check for if I think that I have a defective product?
If you have a problem with the product you purchased, then check to see the followings:

Was there a warranty?

Was there a breach of warranty?

Was there a disclaimer of the warranty?

Was the disclaimer effective?

What is a warranty?

Basically, there are three kinds of warranties that a consumer needs to be aware of:

Express Warranty

Implied Warranty of Merchantability

Implied Warranty of Fitness for Particular Purpose

        dealership/manufacture won't take it seriously, then you need "lemon law"'s help to get the manufacture buy it back or get you an replacement.
