Thank you for sending us your message. It is a pleasure to respond.

The HSE modem is not offered for sale by the Bell Sympatico service.
Regardless if you own one or not, there is no option at this time to opt
out of the modem rental of $10 per month. We will be exploring possible
scenarios whether to sell the modem outright, or to allow for members
who have their own modem to return the rental, etc... Any new
information will be publicized and Bell Sympatico HSE members will be
informed.
