本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛I bought 46" Toshiba LCD FLAT Pannel TV from East York Leaside (March 24) and found the top frame bow toward inside.
I phoned the TV sales in Markham store to hold one TV for me and rush to Markham location to have an exchange since there are still 3 left in Markham store (March 25,2009).

It's really bad experience to meet store manager- mark.... He point it's us to make this defect because there's some fingerprint on the screen It's unbelievable!!! From the very first beginning, he don't want to have this return to this location. Even he laid to us no TV at this location. When I went directly to TV section sales to buy the new one, he asked the sales toward him to not sell to me. After long time - 1 hour argument, I really though it wasted our time there even he mentioned he can exchange with some strange policy that he would write down details as he checked TV with no physical damage and surface AS IS even though we bought a NEW TV. He told me it's internal policy to do such thing and could show me the policy. However, he refused to show policy later when I asked. Luckily, I hurried to East York Leaside location. They are nice and would order a new one to let us pick up another day. Thanks this location.

      和一个销售主管谈了半天的价，后来给我的价格是： 电视：899.99，条件是必须要买4年的service plan，并且告诉我4年内有任何问题免费上门维修，如果不能维修换新的或者换同等价值的电视。想想也不错，相当于130买个放心。 这个service plan也不知道是不是真的有用。明天去提货。如果大家都认为这个service plan没有用，明天去取消掉，不过电视的价格999.99一分都没有的让。

      How can you know they really know their product well. If you look at best buy sales, most of them are young kid which is ok to make $10 per hour. How can u trust those people who do not need to devote to their career. Of they still need to sell, they don't sell. THey will get hard time.
