The Sunday Best

What's the Sunday best? Nothing but formal wears. I am not Cristian. But I know a lot of people go to church on Sunday. It is inappropriate for us to wear too rugged clothes as we go to church. It is a good idea to wear suits, ties and/or dresses as we go to church. This is why some people use "the Sunday best" to imply the formal wearing.


If you are a businessman, you will have a lot of time to wear formal wears such as suits and ties. On the basis of this fact, some people use "business attire" to mean the good dressing.

        My note 71 was completely spoiled by one sentence: " I am not Christian". This one makes the whole writing awkward. If I had said " I am not a church-goer...", it would read much better.
