这个月到现在：

TOTAL UPLOAD: 6.2 GB
TOTAL DOWNLOAD: 19.9GB

按照新的计费规则， 总共需付：127.99$.

1) Go to http://service.sympatico.ca

2) On the left side, under "Manage Your Account", type your sympatico user id and password to logon

3) You will see new window display some options like this:

Sympatico Profile Management Facility Main Menu

. Mailbox Administration
. Change Your Password
. Change Your Email Address
. Activate/Deactivate your Personal Web Space
. View HSE Bandwidth Activity

--------------------------------------------------

Click the last option "View HSE Bandwidth Activity".

Done.
