买了个HP的扫描仪,分辨率可到1200x1200, 但用高分辨率时总是不能一次扫描成功,于是发个妹儿给HP, 得到的答复见正文,真让俺哭笑不得, 原来都是俺的错,不该用那么高的分辨率

I understand that when trying to scan at a high resolution you need to
scan twice in order to get a true image or else you the scanned image
has vertical multicolor stripes over it. Please refer to the
information mentioned below.

The HP PrecisionScan and PrecisionScan Pro software set the resolution
for you. In almost all cases, you will get the best results and
smallest file size if you use the resolution the software has determined
to be the best for your particular image and destination. You do not
need to set the resolution to match the highest resolution that the
printer supports. This adds data and does not improve quality. Let
the HP PrecisionScan and PrecisionScan Pro software determine the best
resolution setting for your photo and destination. Please keep the
following in mind:

* Resolutions higher than 75 dots per inch (dpi) do not improve the
appearance of an image displayed on the screen.
* Resolutions above 300 dpi do not improve image quality, even for
high-resolution printers.
* If you are scanning a photo or a color drawing to an image file or
an image and text file, and you only want to use the resulting image
on-screen (for example, in a World Wide Web page), change the
resolution to 72-75 dpi.
* If you are scanning a photo or a color drawing to an image file or
an image and text file, and you intend to print the file on a
printer with a resolution of 1200 dpi or higher, change the
resolution to 300 dpi.

    • How high you try? 1200*1200?Optic resolution or software resolution?you better check your scanner manual first. The reply letter is right about the resolution you should set regarding different duties
      • 扫描仪的那些东东俺还是知道地,1200就是硬件分辨率,自称有1200的分辨率,却让俺不要用300以上的分辨率,收钱的时候怎么不说:给你开1200的收据,但只收你300。
