How to help this couple

My wife and I have a couple friend, they obviously have problem of marriage, the lady mentioned to my wife that they now even can not do normal sex. and ascribe to her husband problem. Her husband is a very quiet person, rarely speak, we rarely saw they dispute. That man does not have fun to share with his wife like travel or movie etc. That lady is preparing to divorce.

I feel sympathy to her husband, but it is not wise for me to disclose his problem while most men hate to let other persons

They live in a west coast city. Not sure how i can help. My wife supports divorce, I wish this husband can back to normal
