It's almost regardless of how hard the birth parents work at becoming better parents, C.A.S. stalls and drags it's heels, all the while of never having any intentions of giving the birth parents their children back. I will even go so far as to state, I have seen first hand, in one case, The girl in this case was taken from the mothers care, and placed into temporary care. In the following year she was only allowed to see her daughter 3 times, twice at C.A.S. in a "supervised" enviroment. To make a long story short the daughter was placed into permanent care, less than a year later this 10 year old girl was slammed to the floor so hard that it broke some ribs and bruised her throat to the point that she could hardly talk. Who done this hideous thing to an innocent 10 year old girl, well it was the very person C.A.S. had placed the girl with permanently after she was removed from the now primary care giver, she was placed in yet another home, soon after which she ran away and went back to her mother, who was now in another province and hence that province took a look at things and placed the girl back into her mothers care. Now if C.A.S. had worked with the mother, who wasn't abusive, wasn't a drug addict, or alcoholic, just a single mother who was doing the best she could, with a system that in way to many instances refuses to work with loving parents who are victims themselves, not only by the actions of the ex spouses, but by the vary system that is suppose to protect children, protect family's, not tear them apart to keep the numbers up to get more funding to do the same thing to yet more family's, this is only one of many horror stories I have heard of, and it's sad when a child is used as a pawn by the same government agency that is suppose to protect children, its so very sad. When is this C.A.S. agency going to be looked into seriously, there are children being hurt, even murdered sadly in some instances(referring to the Reid case where an innocent child lost their life when placed into a home and was fatally injured by another child that should never have been placed in that home to begin with because of behavioral issues that C.A.S. knew about but still placed the child there in that home as well as about 6 or 7 other children, ), and yet this C.A.S. agency just keeps apprehending children and placing these children into even more dangerous enviroments, where the potential of that child being hurt is worse than if they would have stayed with the birth mother or father or a relative. When is enough hurt, enough hurt.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
