老护照的“注销”、“中华人民共和国公安部出入境管理局”、“中华人民共和国驻多伦多总领事馆”和出境时的“中国边防检查”等印章和护照尾的“注意事项”页都没有相应的英文/法文，请问这些都需要翻译公证吗？还是只有出入境的印章需要公证？
哪位有过亲身经历，无须公证那些“注销”、“中华人民共和国公安部出入境管理局”、“中华人民共和国驻多伦多总领事馆”印章和护照尾的“注意事项”页，也换到了新枫叶卡？(申请人的情况是自从登陆还没有离开过加拿大)，或者哪位因为没有翻译公证以上三个印章而被退因回申请的？如果需要，难道每一页有印章的都要单独公证为一页码？还是需要复印在一起（信纸大小）一起翻译公证即可？

•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
•a certified copy of the original document.

Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.

To have a copy certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:
•“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”
•the name of the original document
•the date of the certification
•his or her name
•his or her official position or title and
•his or her signature
