Purchase price: CND including appliances (Fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning, dining room light fixture, all blinds, garage

door opener. )

This is a conditional offer. It subjects to satisfactory of house inspection and purchaser's finance.


This offer shall be irrevocable by purchaser until 6 p.m on the 10th day of December, 2002, after which time, if not accepted, this offer shall be null and void,

and deposit shall be returned to the Purchaser in full without interest.
