Help! Two problems: 1. Windows 2000 Advanced Server - Wrong date & time; 2. Pro/Engineer chooses the wrong hostid. Thank you!

1. I upgraded my NT4 server to 2000 advanced server, but every time I start the computer it always tells me I am in 1601/01/01 0:00am. Computer was not existing at that time yet! I have Win98 on the same machine, works fine. Any ideas?
2. I installed Pro/Engineer on win 2000, use MS loopback card for license host. I also have a real network card connect to the cable. Every time I start Pro/E, it will choose the real network card ID instead of MS loopback card. I have to disable the real network card before I start Pro/E. How do I make MS loopback the default host for Pro/Engineer?
