Thank you very much for your willingness to provide reference for me and I also appreciate you for offering me the possibility of rejoining xxx. I would be very happy to work in the friendly environment again with old colleagues and old clients.

However, with a small kid to take care of, I may be better off to work in companies in industry with more flexible hours, less driving and minimum travel. Also I am looking for a senior position to pay better to cover my increasing family expenses.

I understand that the business nature of xxx will inevitably involve traveling to clients' and sometimes have to accommodate to clients' schedule. Also I understand that xxx charges clients very affordable rate and therefore may not be able to pay my expected rate.

I thank you very much for the long term and continuing support. Thanks to your support when I was in xxx, I got my CxA and MxA. Also I got my daughter during the period. These are my largest achievements in Canada and I will never forget the support you gave. It was always happy time when I was working there. In the future, when my daughter is getting older and need less care, I would be more than happy to join xxx again should you have any vacancy I am qualified for.
