A very ergent question!!!!Since my parents don't know English, I filled out the forms and mailed back to them just 10 days ago-- I thought if my mom is the applicant, I don't need to prepare another document for my father, actually, I just put his information in the "Accompany" column. Is it OK? Or I have to prepare a seperate application for my father? Really worried, waiting for the reply....
