你好象抗错了仪了。楼上的话是从使馆的网页上copy来的。要抗议，去美国使馆抗议好了。另外这里nationals翻译成户口比较的贴近，不是国家的意思。

Just a travel document. Doesn't mean the citizenships. Just like a Canadian carry a Chinese passport.
