枫下家园 / 电脑用户 / 请教DX，我下载也安装了最新的IE，可还不是128-bit (SSL 128)encryption，确实有个对话框但没有哪个是 SSL的地方，应当在哪里设置呀？

不是设置出来的。点点： Help --> About IE看看， 如果不是不是128bit你可以就地升级下载。
