1. 我是否可以到加拿大签证？2. 如果我被拒签，我可否用EAD回美国？海关有方法知道我被拒吗？3. 如果我被Security Check, 我可否用EAD回美国？美国领事馆会暂扣我的护照吗？

see my answersAs far as I know
1. It's said F1 should not leave States in OPT time.
2. When you are denied your visa application, there is a stamp in your passport, and INS will know this.
3. If you apply visa, you can reenter States only if your application is approved.

1. you should not leave US during ur OPT time unless u got it proved by ISO of ur university. 2/3. EAD is not used for applying to enter, it's ur working permit.
Good luck.You may go to canada if and only if you are commuter student during your OPT time.
