枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 请高手赐教：上次入关美国，给了I94是今年8月份到期的，回来时因为加拿大海关人员说如果还去，这次不用交。现在想订机票呆2个月到7月份回来，朋友说很有可能在海关入关的时候被拒，因为停留时间太长，像我这样也会被拒的可能性大吗？什么样的理由可以让被拒的可能性减小呢？我过去只是度假和访友，所以有固定住所，但是这个理由可以合理停留２个月吗？是不是找其他可信的理由被拒绝的可能性会大？现在不敢订机票，请高手赐教，不胜感激。

不知道，朋友说访友停留1个月比较可信，2个月的话，时间太长，可能入关的时候不给批准，什么理由比较可信呢？

ur status - working, student? 2 month could be okay as long as you can convince the officer you will be back as you say.

你可以停留在美国直到I94过期为止。可你不必告诉他你要呆这么久。就说一个星期。现在机票都是eticket，他也没办法查。我去年圣诞节到美国来，现在都还没回去呢。上次也是一住三个月，后来签证失效了才走。

我也是E-TICKETS, 但是上面有来回程的时间，而且我记得如果不提供回程的时间的凭证，好像更有问题入关吧？因为他怕你真的是一去永不会了 ：）你是怎么解释什么时候回来的问题的呢？什么机票都没有给他看吗？谢谢先

I told them I didn't have a paper ticket. I only had a comfirmation code instead.

THX, Mellisa : ) 所以你只是提供了你自己写的确认好，没有给他们看航空公司的电子机票（我是指自己打出来的确认信或者发票），我的电子票据是有来回程时间的。

I didn't even show them comfirmation code, which means nothing to them. Just told them you went to visit friends, it should be okay.Last time it took me long time, cause I had to fill a new I94. Since you already got it, it will be very easy to pass, don't worry.

u r welcome. u know it's not necessary to print the receipt. Just show ur ID and u will get the boarding card from aircompany. So you don't need to provide it at border.
