枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 我是Landed Immigrant，欲去美国旅游，请问是申请B2 好，还是 B1/B2 好？（急等回答，谢谢！） 我与我老婆今年1月登陆，现在各自拿到了加拿大一大学今年9月份的研究生Offer（有奖学金），我们准备申请美国Visa于 8月去美国玩几天。
请问申请成功的可能性大不大？另外，是申请B2 (Visitor for pleasure)好，还是申请B1/B2 (Visitor for business and pleasure)好，是否后者更通用、有多用途？

可能性不大。如果你非要去，建议你：1，分开申请。2，只说旅游。3，材料要齐全。4，b1/b2签证管会选择，

好象只有offer还不行，要有在读证明，至少是学费收据什么的。

Ask your "Faculty of Graduate Studies" to issue a letter for you in addition to your bank statements. They know it. You just say "May I have a support letter from you, for applying for a US Visa?".

10 years? Is that mean you can go to USA without interview during this period?

I don't know what your "interview" meant. It was a "2002-2012, Multi-Entry" Visa. (I applied for 485, so it expired already even it hasn't been used up)
