You are incorrect. Baby takes the citizenship of the place he/she was born. If both parents are chinese, they give birth in Canada, the child is canadian citizenship.

可小孩的父母是加拿大公民啊。应该是加拿大公民吧，好象生的时候父母有一方是加拿大公民，小孩就是。
