枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 我在网上预约了8。15好去美国使馆面试。但是现在有其他事情去不了了。请问我的这个预约时间可以更换吗？还是必须取消再重新预约一次，还要交多一次钱？这个东西好像也不能转让啊。。。

As I remember, the fee is refundable. You will have to cancel existing one, and book another one. First fee will be returned.

I am sorry that I didn't do research on that. I have that idea in my mind somewhere, don't know why. Then there is nothing you can do with that 10 bucks. You may have to think in the other way.
