I drove there. As for the form, I am not sure whether it is I194 or I94 now. It is a quite small piece of paper, cost me 6USD each person, and valid for 6 months.

Since i went there in Apr. they did not issue me I194, can i ask you one more question? Have you ever entered USA before?

it's quite strange. The first time we went to America, we were not issued the I194, nor the 6USD charge. That's Dec of 2001. The second time we went, we were charged. That's Apr of 2003.
