Check your insurance provider first. Some company can do the deduct, some not (they won't pay you for the private room).If you have the certificate with you, just provide the policy number to the hospictal.

The hospital just asked my insurance ID number. And 2 weeks later, I got letter from the insurance company said they have paid the hospital xxx dollars. That's it.
