我生我女儿的时候老公给我买了一个电动吸奶器，但我只用了一次就放弃了，那东西吸力太大了，我根本受不了。后来我学习用手把奶挤出来，又舒服又能挤得彻底。很好学的，你也学学吧。

You can rent from Safe on Food, London Drug etc. which is much cheaper than buy one. Check with your community nurse or health department, they may give you more useful info.
