maternity EI头两个星期是WAITING PERIOD，没有钱的，你才一个月，应该快了，再等等吧。

Maybe you should call to ask. In my case, I did apply 1 month ago, and 2 weeks ago, the agent call to clarify sth. in my application, and then I got the money few days later.
