Comments (123)1)B2 travel visa apply in canada is ok. but they may deny your application because of your immigration intension.
2) don't suggest apply k1 again in canada. that takes time. you still can atten visa interview in Guangzhou.
3) bear in mind. K1 visa has lot of restrictions. you have to marry within 3 months or leave the country. and K1 can NOT change to ANY other type of non-immigration visa. even you want to marry another US citizen that still will have lot of difficulties.
