You can take admission test instead TOFFL,I am not kiding.My opinion is
if it is worth studing in York 3 years.I want to apply for waterloo and U.T.Because after you go to U.S.A,you are easy to find a job.

What do you want after school? Working or trying to get a Master degree in CS?For me I want to work, so for me it doesn't matter which school I went, but to graduate ASAP. I went to a very common university and found a good job after that.
