枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / 问题急切，持h1b,h4 去加拿大3天，能否回美国？中国申请的不是多次入境的签证。持H1B, H4签证，有加拿大枫叶卡。从美国去多伦多3天，然后再回美国是否有问题？听说出美国边境不做任何检查，以前听说30天内凭I -94 可以回美国，我们是在中国申请的1次入境的H1B, H4签证，现在在美国，如果出境美国没有记录，他怎么知道我们这次出境没有超过30天呢，还有开车出境
I-94是否上交，过两天就想开车去多伦多，但是担心回美国有问题，那位知道，请告知，在线等。

You can't do that even you both have valid H1B or H4 visas. If you have muti-enty H1B or H4 visa, you can return to USA, otherwise, you need to get new visa

Exactly. You need apply new visa if you want to travel out of the U.S. and make an appiontment before you leave the U.S. is important if you only want to stay only several days.

Should be no problem.My experience: they just looked at the I-94; they didn't even bother to look at my visa, or to ask how many days I stayed at Canada. In fact, it took about 30 seconds for the officer to look at the I-94 and I then was back in the US; I even didn't leave the car. FYI, I did it at the Peace bridge.

Before 9-11, you can...Now it depends..most likely no problem, but not 100%....I-94 is not a problem.

我今天也打电话咨询了美国的几个律师，都没有得到肯定的答复，有的人说可以，有的人认为风险较大，如果在加拿大的美使馆提前预约，大概要提前多长时间我是第一次去多伦多，我们在多伦多还没有什么生活记录，这样美使馆签证，是否会给我们多次往返的签证？如果还是一次往返，那就太麻烦了，每次回加拿大都要预约，而且还要交100美金来签证。

坐飞机肯定不行。我朋友从加州飞来LANDING，回去却不让上飞机。最后是从WINDSOR搭私人车到DETROIT再飞回的。
