i think the funtion of ' the one' is the same as'which', ignore 'is', if use 'it', it should write as 'it is acturlly viewed'. can't ignore 'is',am I right? i'm not very sure about it. coz grammar is my weakest part.

well, u r right, the 2nd "that" has been used as pronoun for "image ",so, if 'than it", an "is" is not negligible, while in " than the one ", even u dont have 'is', 'viewed' can be understood as a 'guo qu fen c'i to 'xiu shi' 'the one'.

语言是对称的，The blah blah , 后面对称的不就是 the one, it放在那里对称吗？俺做语法题就这样，连词看前后对不对称，省时间。
