没看懂你在说什么，你看明白楼上在问什么了么？比如他现在走，还差20天，过3月回来再住20天交表，那时他差的天数会更多，因为计算只计算提交申请之日的前4年，仔细看看填表说明。

Sorry I have no source you asked for, but the reason I submitted application earlier than I stayed 1095 days is that one Chinese immigrantion lawyer said a similar case in a Cantonese TV program.I do not intent to mislead you, what I said means "差一天也不行，申请会被退回" is not true, if your total out of Canada days are less than one month after you landed, and you really rush in application, I would encourage you to try.
