When I apply for a US visa, what I did is using Canada Post's Express mail (a special one, half of a A4 size), about $4.5. Then put the second, same envelop inside the first one (of course,write your address on it) and the us consulate will use it to send the passport back. So in total it's about $9. The post office clerk will tell you what to do. If you go there in person and they still need a prepaid envelop, you just need to buy one from the post office and bring it with you.

如果你住在多伦多根本不需要买,如果通过,签证官会给你一张标贴,让你第二天去取你的护照和签证.除非让他们邮寄才需要信封.
